Downloads
Wherever you see a table, there is more data available than can be shown in a single row. To see what additional fields are available, double click on a row. Be aware that there may be even more data available in the Database itself.
It is possible to download the extended contents of the table by clicking on the download button above the table. The output file will be in XLSX format with a single tab containing a single table. We advise filtering the table to reduce the number of rows before downloading.
Note that the download will only contain the page of data that is currently visible in the table. If you need more rows, you can change the page size using the control to the top right of the table.
The Estate Tree
The Estate tree is a hierarchical representation of the Estate. We have chosen a tree structure that is based on the way that the Estate is managed. See the "Data" help page for more information.
When a given node is selected, the table below the tree will show the data for ALL nodes below the currently selected one. Additionally, any columns relating to the currently selected node and above will not be shown in the table, as it would be the same for every row.
Filters
As well as filtering using the Estate tree, it is possible to filter the data using multiple filter controls above most table columns. These controls are specific to the column they are above.
Using filters updates the contents of:
- The table
- The URL bar (providing a "deep link" capability)
- The search textbox
About the navigation bar
The navigation bar is at the top of the page. This shows the currently logged-in user and provides access to the Feedback system.
Search
On each Table page, there is a search box at the top left of the table. These search on common fields for the table, but not all of them. If you need to search on a field that is not available in the search box, you can use the filter controls above the table. If you believe that it would be useful to have a particular field available in the search, please let us know via the Feedback link in the navigation bar.
Timelines
Whenever a table contains a primary date/time field, it is possible to view and select the data as a timeline. Use your mouse to select a range of dates on the timeline. Use Ctrl + Mouse Scroll to zoom in/out of the timeline.
